We will bring corporate sponsorship, will help and fund small or poor federations through participation in key events, technical development and marketing. But we will share also our experience to provide necessary management and teaching tools for each specific federation to develop better their respective Federations as well as raise funds by yourself to invest in critical chess development.
The new approach in the European Chess Union will be to establish a position, like professional consultation companies doing for any institution, to diagnose each specific federation needs with tailor-made services, and to provide tools to satisfy those needs.
As Ali said after the fishing trip quoting the famous proverb ‘Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime!’
