A New Model for Federations
We R Europe is coming with a new model, fresh ideas and contemporary business projects to assist federations in their development.
In our mandate, as we have mentioned the development of customised services and we will create more tools for federations to have better management quality.
The projects we will create and support will make federations to manage the following areas:
Chess in Schools, Chess in Clubs, Professional Chess Project, Customised Services. This in turn will :
- Create overall popularity of chess in the nation with the younger generations
- Provide financial new sources due to the huge popularity of the federation
- Create a good image and political respect with the Government
- Provide new sponsors on national and continental level for federations and ECU
- Change federation’s organisational structure from amateur to professional management
- Generate new chess heroes through an ongoing process which continuously produces new stars
- Generate output for club level career and demand by kids / parents (just after one year of chess in schools, pupils want to learn more, and the second step starts the development of the vertical level)
- Create new chess clubs and city or regional level competitions which improves the quality of chess
- Create opportunities to send a team or a player to all continental events without big costs
- More revenues for lesser expenditure: Efficiency and Productivity
- Generate positive cash flow!
