We promise to provide all European Federations with customised services.

It is clear, that in Europe, all national chess federations are working under different laws and regulations in their respective countries.

There is no single jacket suitable for every person. So, customization is a must!

We will think local, and will visit all Federations to understand their needs and work with them on specific goals, objectives and business plans.

The first two years of the We R Europe management will demand mobility and commitment. The President and the team will travel to each nation and together, we will develop master programs for each Federation with clear, concrete target by 2012.

We should never forget that to find huge continental sponsorship for Europe we should have a professional management team and We R Europe will recruit competent and efficient people from within the Federations, people who understand and love the game of chess and wish to work to bring about success. These people will be remunerated as professional managers.

By 2012 our aim is to make chess the number 2 sport in Europe, only behind football, with a population of more than 10 million players.

After reviewing all the master programs, we will categorise the countries into groups taking note of the different laws and situations of different nations. We will establish 5-6 main groups of countries, where the priorities will be similar e.g. Developing chess as a leading sport or Developing the Federation on a sound financial platform. This in turn will serve as comparative platforms for results and improvement monitoring.

The financial sources for those programs will be created on the road whist we are moving forward! So we promise different suits for different needs, all tailored for specific measurements.
